Our History
At just 10 years old, Doug MacDowell, the owner of American Treescapes, planted his first tree on the property that would eventually become American Treescapes Nursery. Fast forward, and Doug now runs a reputable nursery known for large tree sales, transplants, and removals right where it all began. His hands-on approach and extensive experience have made American Treescapes the go-to place for both individuals and businesses looking to bring mature, healthy trees into their spaces. Through the nursery, Doug continues his early commitment to enhancing local landscapes, one tree at a time.
